I have a past due bill with them that is two years past due that I have been paying on we have worked out s payment plan and they keep changing the due date now every month I receive emails giving me less than 24 hrs to pay the bill then they disconnect it now I wasn't in the home when the bill was ran up to $2,800 in 3 months they never investigated it nor turned the water off knowing I wasn't in the residence and they take no responsibility for what they done just keep shutting my water off every month charging me $35 disconnect fee every time I gave them names of who was in my residence at that time and they told me it wasnt their responsibility to pursue the people it was mine and I needed to be more aware of people in my house now I was incarcerated when all this happened and they knew that and they didn't do nothing about it just let the bill run up I've been at this residence for 32 yrs my bill has never been this high so if they was reading meters like they suppose to they woulda seen this and knew there was a problem but they are not monitoring meters unless it's been cut off they claim that it was due to the coronavirus in two years they didn't disconnect it now I'm paying the bill went from $1,800 down to $700 in a year that I've been paying it now I was 2 days late on the payment plan and they emailed and gave me less than 24 hrs to pay it and they shut it off I've emailed them and no response why are they just now shutting it off every month when they are the ones that let the bill go to $2,800 and they still say it's not their fault it's mine for the having people in my home well if I'm in jail yes it's my fault for that but I can't call them nor can I control what happens while I'm in there they should have seen the increase and investigated it and they knew someone was there cause they was in contact with the person that was in my home Read MoreīBB Business Profiles may not be reproduced for sales or promotional purposes.īBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment.
